DigitalOfficer provides AI-assisted dispatch software for security operations: a guard mobile app, a supervisor dashboard, public QR incident reporting, and this website. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Guard app. Account details provided by your employer (name, phone number, role), device push-notification tokens, and GPS location — collected only while a guard is on shift and signed in, and used solely to dispatch the nearest available guard and track incident response. Location is not collected off shift.
Supervisor dashboard. Supervisor account details and the incident, dispatch, and response records generated by your site's operations.
Public QR reports. The content of the report and any contact details the reporter chooses to include. Reports are reviewed by a site supervisor before any dispatch action.
Website. If you book a demo, scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. We receive the details you enter (name, email, organization, answers to booking questions).
To operate the service: dispatching guards, tracking incident response, generating incident reports and shift briefings, and communicating with people who contact us. AI features (dispatch selection, severity assessment, report generation) process incident and location data for these purposes only.
We don't sell personal data. We don't use it for advertising. We don't collect biometrics. We don't track guard locations outside working shifts.
Operational data is visible to the customer organization that operates the site (supervisors and administrators). We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the service (hosting, database, push notifications, AI processing); they process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Incident and operational records are retained for the customer organization for the duration of the engagement, and deleted or exported on the organization's request when it ends. Individuals can ask us what we hold about them and request correction or deletion, subject to their organization's operational records.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and dispatch decisions are logged with their reasoning for auditability.
