These terms cover the use of DigitalOfficer — the guard mobile app, supervisor dashboard, public QR reporting, and this website — during founding-site engagements and any subsequent service agreements.
DigitalOfficer is dispatch-assistance software. It helps assign, track, and document security incident response. It is a coordination layer on top of your existing security operation — it does not replace guards, supervisors, emergency services, or your organization's own safety procedures and legal obligations.
Founding-site engagements run for an agreed fixed period with success criteria defined in writing before the start. Either party may end the engagement early with notice. Terms for continued use after the engagement are agreed separately.
Use the service only for lawful security operations at sites you are authorized to manage. Keep account credentials confidential. Ensure guards and staff are informed that on-shift location tracking is part of the service. Do not attempt to probe, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service.
Security incidents are unpredictable, and software depends on networks, devices, and human response. The service is provided "as is," without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. It is not an emergency service — in a life-threatening situation, contact local emergency services first. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts paid for the service in the preceding three months.
Operational data belongs to the customer organization. How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
The software, its design, and its AI systems remain the property of DigitalOfficer. Customers receive a right to use the service for their operations during the engagement.
We may update these terms as the product and company develop; material changes will be communicated to active customers.
